Motor yacht 2 LADIES: Back in the Mediterranean following refit

Motor yacht 2 Ladies has returned to the Mediterranean following a major refit in Croatia, emerging refreshed and ready for luxury yacht charters for the 2026 season. The 46.35-metre Rossinavi superyacht recently completed an extensive shipyard period at Adria Docks in Trogir under the management of Croatian engineering and refit specialist Capax.

Originally delivered in 2012, 2 Ladies was designed around an unusual owner brief: two friends and business partners wanted a yacht that could comfortably accommodate both owners and their partners at the same time, with two equal master suites instead of the traditional single-owner layout. The result is a distinctive custom superyacht with a highly personalised interior arrangement and standout onboard amenities.

Designed by Mulder Design with interiors by Studio Arch. Tommaso Spadolini, the yacht combines timeless Italian craftsmanship with long-range cruising capability. Following more than a decade of private use, the owners entrusted Capax with a comprehensive refit programme designed to modernise the vessel while preserving her original character.

The 2025 works included the installation of new generators, a complete replacement of teak decking across all exterior decks, and a full repaint of both the hull and superstructure. Mulder Design also returned to the project to redesign the sundeck lounge and bar area, introducing a contemporary aesthetic using Corian Arctic Ice, stainless steel and teak finishes. Advanced 3D scanning technology was utilised during steelwork repairs to ensure maximum precision and structural integrity throughout the process.

Capax CEO Teo Petricevic described the project as a technically demanding but highly rewarding undertaking, noting the strong emotional connection the owners have maintained with the yacht since commissioning. The refit was completed in collaboration with yacht management company Ocean Independence, coating specialists Wrede Consulting and classification society Lloyd’s Register.
